Another sleepless night. Poor boy just had too many changes within the last week, not to mention the discomfort he is in from the ear infection and the stupid pox. We had to give him another oatmeal bath at 4AM today to help the pain and itching. Except for the bath time (which he now loves), he cried and screamed for over 4 hours starting at 3AM this morning. Holding him didn’t really help the 1st few hours so we gave up and figured he just needs to cry it out. Let me tell you, he is one persistent and stubborn kid. He is in his crib right now but not sleeping, just waiting to spot me so he can start his “crying for attention” routine which he mastered over the last few days. It’s been 5 long first days of 2010. I hope Vanie gets better soon and goes back to being the cheerful kid he actually is.

oh, he's sooo cute, he doesn't look sick at all. I hope he gets to feel better soon so you can get some sleep! Are you going back to work soon?
